Cancellation Policies & Fees
We would love to not have a cancellation policy at all but it is necessary for our business to operate. I can promise you that we do our best to rebook and if we do, there are no cancellation penalties. The following illustrates our cancellation policy.
Backpackers Lodge Cancellations
- Cancellation of a booking under $140 per night and within 1 week - 50% if not rebooked.
- Cancellation of a booking under $140 per night and within 48hrs - 100% if not rebooked
- Cancellation of a booking over $140 per night and within 2 weeks - 50% if not rebooked
- Cancellation of a booking over $140 per night and within 1 week - 100% if not rebooked
- Whole Hostel bookings require 50% down immediately. Cancellation within 2 weeks of booked date- up to 100% if not rebooked.
Cottage Cancellations
- Cancellation of any cottage booking within 2 weeks will be charged up to 50% of total booking if not rebooked.
- Cancellation of any cottage booking within 1 week will be charged up to 100% of total booking if not rebooked.
